Your wishes, kept thoughtfully.
mynicelist stores organizer accounts, family hubs, member names, optional contact details, quiz answers, wishlists, and gift ideas when live services are configured. Share only information needed to help your organizer choose gifts.
Your account and personal invitation
Organizers sign in with Supabase email and password authentication. Invited members do not need accounts. Their personal link redeems a server-issued HttpOnly session cookie. The invitation is remembered in localStorage under that hub and member; the database stores only token hashes. Keep your personal link private. You can reopen it on another browser or ask your organizer for a replacement.
Who can see what
The organizer can see member quizzes, contacts, wishlists, AI ideas, and their private order tracker. Members see only their own quiz and list. Order flags, notes, counts, and order events are never sent to member views. Secret Santa participants see only their assigned recipient’s wishlist, not other quizzes, contacts, AI suggestions, or order information. The organizer can see the complete draw.
Services used in live mode
Supabase stores account and hub data. Relevant quiz preferences are sent to Google Gemini for suggestions. Stripe handles payment details. Resend and Twilio process assignment notifications when the organizer sends them. Amazon receives information when you visit an affiliate link. Each provider has its own privacy terms.
Sample mode
Sample data and changes exist in this tab’s memory and reset on reload. The sample never sends emails or SMS, calls Gemini, or takes payments.
Children and retention
Adult organizers should obtain a parent or guardian’s permission before adding a child. Children’s assignments are shown to the organizer to share in person. Member sessions expire after one year. Hub records remain until the operator removes them. Contact your organizer or deployment operator for access, correction, deletion, or account recovery assistance.
